beginning a new gambling activity is to learn the terminology applicable

Specific Pai Gow Terms
Copy: These are identical hands received both by the dealer and
the banker. A copy will go to the dealer. These hands could be
made up of the two-card hand, five-card hand and even both.
Dragon: A second hand that the gambler may choose to play, also
considered a bonus bet. The Dragon differs from casino to casino and
may either be a community hand or an option that each player is offered
in turn.
Five of a Kind: the highest-ranking poker hand in Pai Gow. A
Five of a Kind could consist of four aces and a joker.
Flush: a hand in Pai Gow. A Flush consists of cards that
are all from the same suit.
Foul Hand: A high hand (five cards) with a lower ranking than a
low hand (two cards). In this case, the player will be encouraged to
choose an alternative two-card hand.
Four of a Kind: a hand in Pai Gow. A Four of a Kind
consists of four cards of the same denomination, all from a different
suit. An example of this hand might be a ten of spades, a ten of
hearts, a ten of diamond and a ten of clubs.
Full House: a hand in Pai Gow. A Full House consists of
three cards that make up one denomination and two cards from another
denomination. An example of this hand may be an eight of spades, hearts
and diamonds and a queen of clubs and diamonds.
High Hand: a five-card hand. Seven-card hands must be set into
two hands in Pai Gow Poker. One of them is the high hand. This
hand should rank higher than the two-card (low) hand.
House: incorporates the dealer, management of casino, etc. In
Pai Gow poker, if both dealers hands are winners then the house
wins.
Joker: In Pai Gow, the Joker serves as a wild card and can
be used in straight flushes, straights and flushes. It can also be used
as an ace.
Low Hand: a two-card hand. Seven-card hands must be set into two
hands in Pai Gow Poker. One of them is the low hand.
No Pair: the lowest ranking hand in Pai Gow poker. The No
Pair hand consists of five unmatched cards of different rank and
different suit.
One Pair: a hand in Pai Gow. A One Pair hand consists of
one set from the same denomination and three cards not matched.
Push: This is a tie hand between the gambler and the dealer.
Both hold a combination of winning and losing hands and no money is won
or lost in this hand.
Royal Flush: a poker hand in Pai Gow. The Royal Flush
consists of a ten, a jack, a queen, a king and an ace - all from the
same suit.
Set: This is when the dealt hand is separated into a two-card
hand and five-card hand.
Split: When the dealt hand is set into separate hands of two and
five cards.
Straight: a hand in Pai Gow. The Straight can consist of
any five cards in sequence from any suit.
Straight Flush: a hand in Pai Gow. The Straight Flush
consists of five cards in a sequence and all from the same suit. An
example of this hand might be the five, six, seven, eight and nine of
hearts.
Three of a Kind: a hand in Pai Gow. The Three of a Kind
consists of three cards that are from the same denomination and another
two cards that are not matched.
Two Pairs: a hand in Pai Gow. A hand of Two Pairs
consists of any two sets from the same denomination and a random fifth
card.
Wager: a bet. In Pai Gow poker, players place a wager
against the banker (represented by the dealer).
